Your Ideal Agent will discuss all your options related to making an offer and will type the offer for your signature. This is the first step in negotiations and start of the transaction. The offer can set the tone for the entire purchase to include further negotiations. Our Ideal Agents understand the legalaspects of the offer and ensure your interests are protected from the beginning.

Negotiations
Once your offer has been presented, the Seller may accept your offer as presented, counter your offer, reject your offer or simply let your offer expire. This is another important part of the entire process and it’s critical that your agent understands how to negotiate. Terms and Conditions
Contracts are often contingent upon financing, home inspections, survey, clear title report and/or appraisals. The Ideal Agent is trained and experienced in coordinating with all the transactions stakeholders to make the process as seamless as possible.
